A PROGRESSIVE PROGRAM FOR BEGINNER & EXPERIENCED ADULT DANCERS

Adult Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Ballet, Modern & Cardio Workouts for Ages 16 & up. Students in our adult classes learn moves and routines in a casual atmosphere. Our instructors understand the needs of adult students and approach the class differently from our children’s programs. Many of our adult students use jazz or hip-hop programs for fitness or social activity.

Adult Dance Classes

  • Ballet: Build strength, grace, poise, and flexibility in levels from absolute beginner through advanced. Ballet training provides a strong foundation for all styles of dance. Learn technique and terminology in a progressive program for adults.  
  • Tap: An upbeat program where your feet become part of the music. 
  • Jazz/Hip-Hop: Popular music and movements keep you fit and flexible and help develop expression and artistry.
  • Modern: Based in ballet technique, but exploring new directions with fluid, “outside the box” movements.
